This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Courtney Snow Ventures. Our objective is to operate transparently and fairly across every engagement.
Scope
This policy applies to professional services and any prepaid engagements established under written agreement with Courtney Snow Ventures.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@courtneysnow.com referencing the relevant engagement.
- Refunds may be considered where services have not yet commenced or where contractually agreed milestones have not been delivered.
- Work already performed, time committed, and third-party costs incurred on your behalf are not eligible for refund.
Review Process
Each refund request is reviewed on its merits in accordance with the relevant engagement agreement. We will respond to refund requests within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome in writing.
Adjustments and Credits
Where a full refund is not appropriate, an adjustment, credit, or alternative resolution may be offered to maintain a fair and transparent commercial relationship.
Non-Refundable Items
- Discovery, planning, and other preparatory work that has been completed.
- Custom development, design, or operational services already delivered.
- Third-party fees, licenses, or infrastructure costs incurred in support of the engagement.
Disputes
Where the parties are unable to reach agreement, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of the relevant engagement agreement.
